Comfortable hotel, good staff; it lives up to its 4-star rating. Comfortable rooms, large beds. Good location, and the restaurant at the other hotel in the same chain nearby, Villa San Pio, is excellent.
Although the breakfast was good, it could have included eggs or an omelet at no extra cost. I also missed having Parma ham, and hot beverages were limited to one per person.

The room was small, even by European standards. No place to unpack some clothing items, wardrobe not adequate, small # of hangers provided. Bathroom did not have any counter or shelf space to lay out toiletries…
Breakfast was wonderful
As above, needed space in bathroom to put out some toiletries such as toothbrush, hair products or the like
Shower enclosure (over tub) very high step in and door was not very convenient to access towel to dry
