Welcome to Black Lake Sandy Shores, a private waterfront escape in Olympia designed for unforgettable lake days, relaxing evenings, and memory-making with family and friends. Set on 3.4 peaceful acres, this property offers a rare combination of natural sandy beach, dock access, and multiple unique sleeping spaces.

The home now comfortably accommodates larger groups with 4 bedrooms inside the main house, plus a one-of-a-kind treehouse glamping space:
Primary Bedroom: King bed (Sterns & Foster Reserve Firm Pillow Top MSRP $6000!)
Osaki Duo max (4 Hand Massage chair MSRP $13999)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (Premium plush Latex Hybrid)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed (Premium 13" memory foam latex hybrid)
Bedroom 4 (Kids Bunk Room): Twin-over-full bunk + twin trundle (perfect for kids or extra guests)
The home includes 3 bathrooms, giving everyone space and privacy.
Bonus Treehouse Sleeping Space (5th sleeping area):
For a truly unique experience, guests can enjoy a rustic treehouse retreat featuring a comfortable full-size futon and a private deck that extends out over the water—an incredible place to relax and take in the lake views.
Please note:
Access is via very steep stairs
No bathroom in the treehouse (guests use the main house facilities)
Best suited for adventurous adults or older kids

This house is amazing. It's sad we didn't get to use all the amenities, but if we had more time, we definitely would. It has a great backyard, with a great view. There's a bbq, fire pit, hot tub, heated tree house, and just an amazing view. Jeff was very responsive with all my questions I had. Thank you for the memories!
