This private three-bedroom guest home is located on the 25-acre Villa del Rio Estate property, offering a peaceful retreat with comfort, privacy, and beautiful surroundings. On the ground floor, guests will find two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed—along with a full bathroom, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient washer and dryer.
Upstairs, a staircase leads to an additional king bedroom, a second bathroom, and a bright sunroom filled with natural light. Guests can also enjoy expansive outdoor terraces and patios, perfect for unwinding and taking in the magnificent estate views.

Great property both outside (gated community, awesome landscape) and inside (furniture is in good shape, bathroom clean and have all needed stuff, kitchen well equipped) the house.

The only problem with this place is you don't want to leave. Clean, peaceful and awsome landscaping. Would definetly stay here again.

Great, quiet location and a nice home. Close to the south side wineries and not far from downtown. Will defined look to stay here again on future trips to WW.
