Spacious, clean & comfortable. There were 6 of us & we had a lovely weekend. Plenty of areas to escape to in need.
I don’t mind that there’s no doors on the showers, it makes it easier for the cleaners but there should be bath mats for the water that flows into the floor, apart from the dry mat. Also definitely more than one tea towel. Apart from that I couldn’t complain.

This property was simply beautiful and just perfect for our stay in Sawtell. It accommodated a large group of us perfectly and had a wonderful open plan layout for us to socialise and eat together both indoors and outdoors. The 2 seperate lounge areas were great for adults and teens and we loved the way the upper lounge area opened up to the entertaining area on the balcony. The beds were comfy, and bathrooms/internal finishes/furniture were modern and clean. We wanted to move in permanently and will definitely be looking to re-book to stay here again in the future. It was also great to be able to walk into town for a coffee or to walk along the beaches. Absolutely lovely home and great location. Thank you.
