Location and view are great. View of river and a few minute to downtown Bend.

Not at all as clean as photos made it appear. Was very disappointed with cleanliness level of the unit. So much so that I had to call and ask if it had even been cleaned prior to our stay. While they did send someone over to address the few things that I brought up promptly, as we were there we noticed more issues. Grease or something similar on a wall and door, desk that was dirty and dusty, window that had caked on dust, mold on part of the shower.

Location and view are great. View of river and a few minute to downtown Bend.
