The parking on the street; must look out for tickets. We unfortunately did not know that it was trash day and received a $100+ ticket.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas, las camas cómodas, y disponer de 2 baños. También incluye lavadora (tienes que llevar el jamón) y secadora. Es un basement, no lo pone en el anuncio.
La cocina no está muy equipada en general, solo hay una cacerola grande, no hay sartenes, pocos cubiertos. No hay una mesa ni sillas para poder comer, solo hay una mesa baja de televisión, te tienes que apañar con el sofá. El frigorífico es muy pequeño. No hay colgadores para las toallas en ningún baño. No hay muchos enchufes en general.

Die Wohnung liegt im Keller, der angepriesene "Gardenview" ist auf einen Acker, den der Obermieter bewirtschaftet. Nichts mit "Grün" oder Rasen. Eine Hollywoodschaukel steht lieblos an der Seite, benutzte Farbeimer und Scooter auf der Anderen. Der Zugang in den Keller ist sehr schmal und es ist nicht so einfach das Gepäck hineinzubringen. Für Rucksacktouristen gut geeignet. Parken ist eine Katastrophe. Da muss detailliertere Info vom Vermieter kommen, als nur "Parken in der Nachbarschaft und halten Sie sich an die geltenden Regeln" - diese sind sehr verschieden und irgendwann nach 45 Minuten Parkplatzsuche sieht man auch keine Schilder mit "Regeln" mehr. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig: Schmutz unter Sofa und Betten, hinter/auf Kühlschrank, nicht ordentlich gereinigte Waschbecken, Haare in der Dusche - quasi auf Hostel-Niveau.
