The location is great! Lots of activities to do with the kids. The Mermaid Retreat was very clean and all the basic stuff needed have been provided.
I would easily give 5 star if the following were provided: 1. Wish they would have set-up the fire pit for marshmallow and you don’t have to purchase it. Get a staff to do it between 7-8pm for example, an allocated time for marshmallow roasting. 2. Cooking utensils eg slotted turner/spoon, pans were provided but there were no utensils to cook your food. 3. Printed Manuals for oven and hob, the qr code didn’t work.
