Nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour Hiriketiya, et Ceylon Canopy est idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage !
Le logement est moderne, spacieux et très bien équipé, avec un accès très pratique par carte. La petite piscine est un vrai plus : nous en avons profité à notre arrivée et même le soir en rentrant du restaurant. Le logement est très confortable pour deux et serait également parfait pour une famille de quatre personnes.
Nous n’avions pas réservé de petit-déjeuner, mais nous avons reçu de très bonnes recommandations : notamment Avocado Toast juste à côté pour le petit-déjeuner, ainsi que Betaz pour dîner avec une superbe vue près de la mer.
Entre la plage toute proche, la piscine, le confort et la modernité du logement, tout était parfait. Une excellente adresse à Hiriketiya que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

De huisjes zien er mooi uit. De bedden waren comfortabel en de badkamer was netjes. De plunge pool was lekker, let wel op dat er een erg krachtige skimmer in zit waar bijvoorbeeld je hand hard ingezogen kan worden.
De stroom viel de eerste nacht 4-5 keer uit, waardoor de airconditioning in storing viel en de bovenverdieping zo donker was dat het voor de kids gevaarlijk was om naar het trapje/toilet te gaan. Het was lastig om in contact te komen met het personeel om de noodstroom aan te krijgen.
De accommodatie ligt wat buiten het plaatsje, ‘s nachts hoor je veel honden gejank en gehuil.

The lack of privacy, plus it was extremely overpriced for the other options available during this time in hiriketiya. For this money, the hosts should consider including a breakfast option as it would greatly increase the perceived value for money without the same increasing costs (relatively)
