All the little extras were such a nice touch, really was helpful as you wouldn’t want to buy things like spices or laundry stuff for only a 2/3 week stay somewhere so was great!

I didn’t like the fact it was in a basement, don’t think that was made very clear when booking. The guy upstairs was so loud, the air vents means you can hear EVERYTHING. I heard him screaming, making smoothies at 6:30/7am, up and down stairs and in the first few days it was really scary as it sounded like the noises were coming from inside my apartment

Insufficiently, sufficient.

It was good to have a washer/dryer unit. The assistance received was good and timely when needed. Clean linen, bathroom, and kitchen

It was very dark (cave-ish) due to the limited natural light available. The carpets and couch needed deep cleaning. The mattress was overly soft. Unable to sleep ended up sleeping on the couch. The TV remote needs to be replaced. It was challenging to change channels. I had to press extremely hard to do so. Need to include instructions for operating the shower (the most basic thing was hard to figure out). Lastly, the ceiling is very thin. When the upstairs tenets walked around, it sounded like they were coming into the apartment.
