We stayed here as a couple during the hot July of 2026. Despite the summer heat, the apartment was very comfortable and pleasantly cool — the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The location is excellent. Many of Rome’s main attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed exploring the city on foot and often stayed out walking until late in the evening.
The host was very friendly and always available when needed. It is clear that he has put a lot of thought into making his stylish apartment comfortable and welcoming for guests.
The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, stovetop, and microwave. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
The shower is quite compact, so it may feel a little tight for a larger person.
The windows face a typical inner courtyard, and there is also a small balcony.
I think this apartment is especially well suited to a young couple who want to explore Rome on foot and stay close to the heart of the city.
One thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is on the second floor and is accessed by a fairly narrow staircase, wide enough for roughly one person at a time. Carrying large or heavy suitcases upstairs may be a little challenging. For the same reason, the apartment may be less suitable for elderly guests or people with limited mobility.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and have very fond memories of our time here.

La ubicación es excelente, al lado de un supermercado a pocas cuadras del coliseo, pudimos caminar a todos los lugares ,el departamento estaba impecable y la atención de los encargados muy eficiente.

La posizione è davvero impagabile. A un minuto siamo su Via Nazionale, proprio all’altezza del Palazzo delle Esposizioni, e da lì si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi: il Quirinale, la Fontana di Trevi, Via del Corso… Dall’altra parte, uscendo dal portone, ci ritroviamo subito nel cuore di Monti, con la sua atmosfera e i suoi locali, e in pochi minuti a piedi siamo davanti al Colosseo e ai Fori Romani.
L’appartamento è raccolto ma molto ben organizzato. È tutto nuovo e si vede, dagli ambienti agli arredi fino al condizionatore, curati e funzionali. Si percepisce subito che è stato ristrutturato da poco: è pulito, ordinato e molto confortevole.
Il materasso merita una menzione a parte: abbiamo dormito davvero benissimo. Si sente subito che è nuovo e di livello alto, sicuramente un materasso di qualità.
Ci torneremo sicuramente, siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti. Vivere Roma da una posizione così fa davvero la differenza.
