Well situated, clean and well

The location is excellent and the response of any issues is quick. The kitchen is well equipped and the sitting room is comfy and spacious. The property is spotlessly clean.

Nice flat, shame about the shower.

The kitchen facilities were OK, the oven did not appear to function very well ,it did not get very hot.

The shower didn't work, only cold water. I rang the owner 3 times, the first time he came out and said he had fixed the shower . The next day I used it, it ran lukewarm, but I couldn't turn it off. I rang again, his partner came out, fiddled with the controls (part of which were hanging off) and told us there was nothing wrong with it, but she was used to dealing with old people as she was a nurse and worked in a nursing home. This did not go down well with us, as though old we are very capable people. The next day I tried the shower, and it was stonecold. I rang him again, he was very curt with me, said there was nothing wrong with the shower and put the phone down. He then blocked my phone. So we stayed all week without a shower.

Good communication and clear instructions from the Host. Clean. Very good bathroom and shower. Good kitchen/cooking facilities. Perfect for family of 5. Beds comfortable. WiFi. TV.

Would have liked extra pillows on the beds, but that is personal preference.
