All Seasons Guesthouse

Was our first trip to the Island so did not know what to expect. Jumped on the bus at the airport to The Gaiety Theatre on The Promenade for £3.30 each, it takes about 20 minutes, much better than £25 in a cab. Any bus starting with a 1 will get you there. Then walk up the hill on Broadway 200 yards and hotel is on the left. When we arrived Patrick ( Host ) was sitting outside drinking coffee. He showed us the workings of the room, recommended places local to eat and left us to get settled in. Be warned, the hill on Broadway is a tad steep. We stayed 5 nights and found the whole place very cozy. Breakfast time was a lovely experience with Patrick and the other guests, catching up with what others had done and also what to do that day, the spread was adequate, bread, rolls, cakes, fruit and other continental offerings plus tea coffee and fruit juices and fruit. The hotel itself is a beautiful old Victorian building with period furnishings and decoration, the carpets are all period too, much nicer than the monochrome decor in a modern one. Bathroom was adequate too, shower easy to operate, tea coffee and kettle in room, tv easy to operate, beds were comfy. In my opinion Patrick is the biggest asset, absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him, if you need anything, just ask, if he can he will sort it for you. An absolutely lovely chap. We absolutely loved our 5 days staying there and would not hesitate to recommend staying there to anyone. Cheers Patrick and thank you

THE HILL !!!!!!!

Rooms were comfy and clean, location was really good, host Patrick was really nice and helpful

Top floor wasn't easy but everything was good

Location is in general excellent but will not suit all has the road is quite steep. Breakfast is fine, some may expect more even for continental. Patrick is a great host, fun to talk to but his time is limited, he is a busy man doing his best, maybe when complete, he will have more staff to help.

Accommodation could be better, I was not expecting it still to be an alteration project, I’m sure it will be fine when finished. Gould be cleaner.
