Basic but comfortable little room at an excellent price. Good WiFi connection. The staff were polite and helpful. The property itself is located in a relatively quiet area, and within reasonable walking distance of common destinations such as the town centre, the Promenade, and Noble’s Park.

Eric and Ruby are so cheerful and helpful.
Clean, comfortable rooms, a great cooked breakfast to your own preference, and a 20 minute walk from the esplanade and the museum. Highly recommended.
If you have heavy luggage it's a bit of a climb to the top floor. However Eric will offer a hand.

The staff were wonderful. So helpful and friendly. Not only was my luggage carried up the front steps, but all the way to my room, too! The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and the breakfast lived up to previous accolades.
Gutted that it's booked up for the next time I want to visit, but happy for the hosts.
Highly recommended.
Move along, nothing to see here 😁.
