Functional and comfortable

I liked how central it was and how the apartment was equipped with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of sockets close to bedding and seatibg area, equipped kitchen and shower room. The bed was very comfortable. The instructions for checking in were clear and the hosts also allowed the use of a luggage storage facility within the same building.

The shower head is fixed and I had to improvise a shelf/ bottle holder for the shower cubicle.

Convenient location, close to downtown Montreal and Concordia University.

The cleanliness of the property was subpar. The kitchen had no cooking essentials (salt, oil, cutting board & etc) so it defeated the purpose of having a kitchen. What was most concerning was the fob key reader to unlock the door was broken, so I couldn’t even get into my room. When I contacted the property owner about this, the staff they sent mentioned that the reader had issues. The reader was so severely broken that another staff member had to break down the door for me to retrieve my luggage. I felt uncomfortable staying here because of the clear negligence. It’s impossible to stay anywhere you can reliable open the door to!

Good for couples, amenities are in the apartment,check in and check out is easier. High floor with Lift facilities .

It’s older apartments, kitchen is quite old , bathroom fixtures are old .
