Large clean quiet room. Comfortable bed, great night sleep. Good coffee. Welcoming staff.

Big room, quiet, very well maintained and clean! Staff was wonderful, pool area and hot tub were well maintained. Ac worked perfectly, big tv, lots of channels, great water pressure, comfy bed. Great location, lots of eating choices and stores nearby.
Only one elevator!

The staff was courteous and the facilities were clean.
The pool was “closed for maintenance” more than it was open-which would be fine EXCEPT we specifically left a diff hotel because the pool was closed and called around to find this one and were told it was open so we booked and stayed specifically for the pool so it was VERY disappointing when it was closed. Then when we asked she quoted us an hour or 2…ok…then it was still closed and she again said another hour or 2…well huge time it opened we could only swim 30 mins, which again was annoying since we specifically moved to get a pool to swim during the day until our evening activity.
