Nice clean hotel! Excellent price

Hotel was very well maintained and clean rooms were big. All of the staff were professional in appearance and were more than happy to assist with stuff. I was expecting “Gheeto” for the price and was wrong! If you r looking for clean comfy basic and affordable this is your spot! Also is quiet and an excellent location very convenient to several places to shop eat and not hard to find!

The bath tubs needed updating and bedding was a good but cheap.

Disappointing

The bathroom was nasty upon check in. I went and told housekeeping there was old shampoo bottles and used soap and hair in the shower. I was given cleaner and rags and told I could clean it. Also that I could use the vacuum or anything else on the cart to clean the room myself. Now I have an extra charge on my bank account and do not know why because it's not on my invoice. I won't stay there next trip to Amarillo I don't know that I'd stay at super 8 again.

The room size was about the only thing.

Got scammed

Did not stay due to pool being inoperable,,super 8 does not inform guests on the website that there pool is inoperable,,so yeah I got robbed for a $100 “ non refundable” deposit,,tried to reschedule for another day when pool was operational and was not able too,,I get it’s a non refundable deposit but that is y’all’s mistake for not informing people that y’all’s pool is inoperable on your website,,thanks for scamming me,,I will not recommend y’all to anyone,y’all should be better at informing y’all’s guest of things that do not work before y’all collect guest deposits

Was not cleaned properly and we didn’t feel safe.

it is close to my daughters house.

it isn’t as safe and clean as it used to be. There was hair in the sink, bathtub, and floor. there were questionable people hanging around outside and a truck was broken into. while I realize that can happen anywhere, I just don’t feel safe there anymore.

There was pubic hairs all over the tub, floor of restroom. When we got key to 1 of rooms there were already guests inside the room. The Nightstands had a powder of some sort on there the sheets didn’t look like they had been changed I went and bought myself a new set of sheets just to sleep on that bed as well as pillowcases the only thing good about that room is there was refrigerator

The Nasty pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor inside the tub dirty towels dirty toilet I had to clean all that by myself plus what I already named above in the other answer

Location was good. Staff was very friendly.

Bed was a little hard had plastic on the bed that made it a little hot. There was a couple that had kids that just let run around and they were loud. The staff told them to settle down but no response. Then the tv went out. But I know it wasn't you guys fault.

The smell of Marijuana throughout hotel, the dirty room the room across the hall with the door open and it was all torn up. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in everything from the staff to the Uncleanliness. I wouldnt let my daughters go down for breakfast as I assumed it would be just as bad.
