Great location, close to the train/bus station, Old Town and other attractions. The whole building of the apartment is newly renovated, the photos don't do justice to the actual place! The condition of the apartment is very good, clean, quiet, bright, and tidy. Very comfortable stay. Paul was very responsive, he received us in person and provided detailed suggestions of the things to do and places to eat. Would stay again without any doubt.
Perhaps adding a bit more equipment to the kitchen, e.g. a bigger pan/pot, a drainer. Bathroom didn't drain so well, which we informed Paul about, hopefully it got resolved already! Other than that, all perfect.

The apartment is very spacious, well maintained and incredibly clean. The kitchen has all the utilities you need, the bathroom is well equipped (hurray for the hygienic shower), the bedroom is very comfortable and the apartment in general is very well stocked for personal convenience. The location is perfect, gives ease of access to most of central Riga. Bakeries, museums, kiosks are right there next to you! Despite being located so close to one of the main roads, it is incredibly quiet thanks to double windows. We were not disturbed by any noise pollution whatsoever.
The host is always ready to help, very friendly, and can always recommend a place to visit and sightsee.
All in all, it's so nice to see an apartment with personality and style. No boring white sterile design, you can see how much thought went into designing the place. I can't praise this place enough and I would definitely pick it again next time I visit Riga.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Paul was extremely attentive and helpful throughout my stay, and the central location made it easy to explore Riga and get to everything I needed.
There wasn’t anything major I didn’t like about the property; everything met or exceeded my expectations, especially having the convenient store downstairs as well as the Martina bakery.
