The room was clean, new and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the complimentary unlimited bottled drinking water provided during the stay.
Another big positive was the service after checkout. The hotel stored our luggage for us, and we were also able to use the toilet facilities after checkout, which was very convenient while waiting to continue our journey. Overall, the hotel provided good facilities and thoughtful service.
The bathroom/toilet area was a little congested. There was also a small amount of water leaking from the shower cabin, although it wasn't a major problem.
The breakfast selection was quite limited and could definitely be improved by offering more variety.
Overall, it was a good and pleasant stay, with cleanliness, friendly staff and useful facilities being the main positives.
