Great location and friendly family who own it.
The breakfast was great on the rooftop.
Rooms are spacious and have good facilities.
We had two rooms. One was very good but in room 104 you can hear a pump going anytime water is used in the property which did wake me up in the morning and later at night.
Other than that though it was a good place to stay.

Nice hotel near the castle wall. Nice terrace.
Small rooms and bathrooms.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The location was very nice. They breakfast wasn't bad. I enjoyed my stay here, it was a cool building as well.
I'd have to recommend fixing the plumbing in the bathroom as the sink had fumes coming from it. Either the sink or the bathtub, possibly both. It's an unpleasant smell as well as a health hazard. That should be properly addressed.

La posizione e la cordialità. Struttura a gestione familiare. Ci sono venuti incontro più volte... prima di partire ci hanno anche preparato una lunchbox. Rapporto qualità- prezzo ottimo. Alla fine c'è tutto quello che serve per soggiornare in completa serenità a Khiva
