This is a family run hotel, which manages to combine very high standards, beautiful interiors and to make you feel fully at home. The rooms themselves as stunning, the local inside the Ichan Kala means you are moments away from everything and the breakfasts are fantastic. Also to mention good wifi and access to 24 hours free tea and coffee. Last, but most important, the owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. He arranged for us to be collected from the Turkmenistan border and answered a whole heap of questions. Very happy to strongly recommend.

Very nice small clean B&B with very friendly and helpful owner/manager.
Breakfast was not great, very limited, no meat or cold cuts, no juice nor fruit

Beautiful guesthouse with spectacular view, amazing facilities, great location, clean room and friendly owner ! And in booking this hotel which is inside Itchan Kala ( Old Town ) you can also save money to buy ticket to enter the Town ! Just 10/10 !

The property was located in a fantastic location close to all the major sites. The rooms were very quiet.
We have been in the hotel business for many years and understand the costs associated with the hotel industry. I would suggest that maybe upgrading the mattresses and the linens would be my first step.
