Beautiful peaceful grounds and helpful staff.
Breakfast was only okay. Staff charged high prices for extras like airport pickup and taxis.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The property is a converted madrasa 2 minutes walk from the Eastern gate of Itchan Qala. A beautiful period property with character - guest rooms are all accessed from a cool and calm inner courtyard filled with greenery. Close to Khiva station. The topchans (raised divan day beds) for breakfast and dining are a pretty and authentic touch.
I have no complaints, this hotel was simple and restful.

It is on the outer side and bit further away from the citadel don’t walk take the taxi

The building is absolutely beautiful and in a very ideal location.
The room we stayed in wasn’t the tidiest, the floors were covered in large rugs that were not hoovered. Bathroom could do with an update as it was quite outdated
