Beautiful courtyard and a charming, historic building that made the stay feel unique.
The location is excellent—just about a one-minute walk to the main square inside Itchan Kala.
The room was comfortable, and I didn’t even need to use the air conditioning.
The hotel has a warm, family-run atmosphere.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to handle credit card payment (although they usually accept cash) and issue a receipt.
I was a bit disappointed that breakfast was served indoors, as I had been looking forward to having it in the courtyard.
The reception is not always staffed.
None of the staff speak English, so communication required a translation app.
Room cleaning was not always thorough, especially in the bathroom area.

The hotel is ideally placed for visiting all the museums and stalls. The breakfast was very good and filling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and they were in the middle of installing new showers and painting the chairs in the dining area. It was easy to check in and out. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it .
Nothing I didn't like
