The lovely location,friendly helpful staff,very comfortable beds and very quiet at night.

Pleasant staff
Ovetpriced £20 each extra for a very mediocre breakfast - two night stay so extra £80 ! Extra £30 for dog that stayed tethered in the room. Again far too expensive.
This gave access to the spa but not everyone wants to use the spa .
Minor point - how do you put sugars lumps on cornflakes?? Poor buffet but cooked good average

The staff were very friendly and attentive

Our room was clean and comfortable
The adapted room shower could do with a couple of grab handles and a another chair to transfer to after showering.
The doorway lips were a little difficult to negotiate for wheelchairs
The food was a bit pricey

Good location, very quiet with pleasant surroundings
The advert for hotel suggested easy parking for accessible rooms but it was quite a walk to the room for somone with limited abilities.
In need of an upgrade, bathroom wet room there was mould in the corner and around tiling. Basic toiletries, just hand wash and lotion. Cobwebs in corner of room and quite cold.
