que no haya nadie con quien poder tratar y sea todo on line, tambien el numero que sale, llame en repetidas ocasiones para dudas y no cogian tlfn.

Limpieza, instalaciones.
Falta de atención e información.
No recibí ninguna información sobre la manera de entrar al alojamiento. Ni si había wi fi.
Nadie me contactó.
Solo tenía un número de teléfono, que no tenía Watsapp. Resulta un poco frustrante. Siendo la primera vez, crea un poco de desconfianza.
Por suerte, coincidí con la chica de limpieza muy amable, que me abrió y le hice las preguntas a ella.
Falta: trato personalizado y cercano, atención al cliente, al fin.
Falta un cuartito tambien, para poder dejar un bolso o una mochila un par de hora, hasta la salida del avión.
