Great location for walk ability to Parque Terre Nostra and restaurants.
Exceptionally clean.
Air conditioning was great as it was hot and humid .
the parking area on the property is a bit challenging to access as it is narrow and exits out onto a busy street.

Freshly renewed house in walking distance from Terra Nostra botanical park and thermal springs.
Also Furnas calderas you can reach by walking ~5 minutes.
House is huge: 4 bedrooms equipped with the cardboard, armchair and a toilet, in addition there are dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, on the upper floor there is a huge lounge with several sitting zones, private parking outside.
Garden is beautiful and perfectly groomed.
House is ideal for several couples or big family.
There is only one bathroom with a shower on the upper floor, the second shower is located outside the main house, in the laundry room, that is not very convenient.
We didn't get the keys from the lock-box, but agent brought them to us.
While he was arriving from Ponta Delgada and was late for at least 15 minutes.
It was raining and we had to wait inside the car.
I think that this point should be improved.
