Unfortunately, our stay was not a pleasant one. Cannot recommend.

We were charged £10 for luggage storage before check-in, which we understood and accepted. However, when we arrived, nobody was there to assist us and we were told to leave our luggage in a cleaning-storage area with no key or apparent security. Regarding the £20 we left for the luggage storage: we only had a £20 paper note, which we left with our backpack and sent a photo of. When we later checked in, we were told that the note was no longer usable and were asked to pay another £10. I understood that the old note could no longer be used (you can exchange them at the bank for the new ones), but I asked for my original £20 back before paying another £10. This was never resolved. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. We were told that the room had been cleaned and was ready, but the room and bathroom were dirty. We were given only one large towel despite being two guests, and the additional towel we were told was in the wardrobe was small and dirty as well. I even asked after check-in whether the bathroom was ready to use or still needed cleaning, and was told that it had just been cleaned. Unfortunately, it clearly had not been.

Great location, good value, comfortable stay.

Check in/out was easy. Location was bright and quiet while still being handy for Brick Lane/Aldgate tube. The shower was good. Room had a comfortable double bed and single bed. Small desk, chair, wardrobe, drawers. Iron, TV, fan. Over all really enjoyed my stay. Would happily stay again.

Only two hangers in the wardrobe.

A great short-term stay just off Brick Lane. Spacious room and comfortable bed - just what I needed!

La ubicación, fácil acceso. Hay un aseo en la planta baja y una ducha en la planta de arriba, el segundo piso.

Mi toalla estaba manchada, tenía varias manchas marronaceas y le escribí para que me la cambiasen y no pasó, así que tuve que ducharme y lavarme la cara con una toalla que no estaba limpia del todo.
