Good spot. With a scooter, easy to get to Dawn by Lago for breakfast and a swim. Close to get to Sandy Bay and other great spots. Staff were super helpful, great communication. Sunset from the rooftop was beautiful. Nice to not be away from main hustle, and felt very private. Great size generally with space for a scooter. Can’t speak more highly of the staff. Put us in contact with the right people for transport and a scooter.
A few issues with the hot water system and pool filter. Staff were very accommodating and happy to assist and kept us informed. Bed was a little too firm for our liking. Can be a little tricky to navigate if you don’t have a scooter, but local contacts arranged by the staff were great.

The check in process was easy, house is nice and big and had modern features. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was nice. The location is nice and quiet, and close to beaches.
The house was not very clean. You could tell it was recently built, but it was not given a good clean, as there was a lot of dust which looked like concrete, inside and out. The windows were very dirty. There was no guard rail in place for the stairs to the roof. A few small fixes and it would have been much better
