Disappointing

Nice layout. It’s new.

It’s not finished. Hot water cut out to quickly The plumbing issue meant the bathroom smelt like sewage. Not gas connection for the hot plate. No iron or ironing board Only half the blinds up on one window so there was no privacy from the villas next door. The other villas were visibly finished. Thula 4 was not and it should not be used until they complete everything

Loved it - thank you for a comfy and clean place for us to stay!

Super close to the beach and great rooftop view

Aircon struggles a bit if the curtains arent closed and a few mossies get into the place, but they provide bug spray and we just sprayed that each day before bed and it solved the problem ☺️
