Incredible location, great value, spacious unit, and AC is ice cold and plentiful! I would come back here with no hesitation. There were tiny shops in the same alley way, and a convenience store just steps away. It felt safe and was away from the street noise. The washing machine was a huge bonus, but you'll have to hang dry your clothes.
You actually have to climb 2 sets of stairs to the third floor. Although the hot water wasn't working, it wasn't needed considering how hot the weather was. I would've messaged the owner to address it, but we didn't need it at all. The bathroom floors are also extremely slippery while you shower, so you'll just have to be careful or put a towel on the floor for traction.
