This is a great base to explore Vancouver. It is walking distance to a wonderful variety of good restaurants. We ate Northern Thai, Malaysian, and First Nations, all within walking distance of this property. It is a nicely renovated half of a duplex on a pretty residential block in Vancouver. The bed, bathroom and kitchen are all nice and comfortable. There are fun books to read and the decorating is charming. I don't know why someone would spend hundreds more a night to stay in a cookie-cutter hotel.

Location was perfect for walking to the beautiful city and Granville Island etc. . Such a picturesque and quiet street ,and great coffee cafe in walking distance. Everything we needed supplied in our accommodation.
Outside appearance belies what is inside. Desperately needs some care and attention of gardens. Worse garden in best street ! Yes , the bed is very very soft and large wardrobe doors near impossible to move.

Great location! Clean and beautiful property and easy to find. The parking was also great!
Everything would have been great except that the bed was positively awful. I have never slept in a more uncomfortable bed. My partner opted to sleep on the floor for our second night, rather than mess up his back further. If the host was to switch out the mattress it would have been a great experience overall.
