A very nice town house style hotel in a good location for easy access to Midtown and Centennial Park. We were upgraded to a very stylish suite with king bed, with a lounge area and a beautiful bathroom with dual sinks and shower and a Juliette balcony. Room was very nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is very recently under new ownership and the new management were very helpful in honouring an earlier check-in that we had agreed with the previous owner and by organizing an area for us to leave our luggage after the 11am check-out. There is a small but comfortable and tastefully decorated hotel lounge, a restroom and elevators in the communal areas of the hotel.
There was no on-site reception or member of staff to speak with, instead instructions on how to access the hotel amd your room are emailed. Whilst this worked very efficiently for us on this occasion I can see the potential when being able to communicate directly and face to face with someone from the hotel would be required. Indeed a guest arrived at the hotel and had to wait in the small lounge area for details via email on how to access his room beyond the 4pm published check-in time stated online. There is no bar area or area to purchase food or snacks within the hotel itself. Room rates seem to vary considerably online too. But that said we had a very nice, comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.

This place is phenomenal. Great location for downtown access, but far enough away to have a peaceful night sleep. Brock knows what he's doing and I will definitely be staying here again!

The location is perfect for anyone, even travelling families, that are looking for a quiet and upscale boutique hotel off of West End.
The quality check could've been a little better when inspecting the cleanliness of the towels and coffee maker.

Room was decently nice.
Hidden fees, no microwave. Only after you book the room do you find out there is a $50 cleaning fee and a $35 parking fee. The cleaning fee is charged AFTER you book, but BEFORE your stay. So, it's not because the room was left in shambles after my stay. In addition, the TV did not work. In settings it showed to be connected to the wifi, but the home screen said no connection. There is nobody on-site to talk to, either. Of the four motorized window blinds in the room, one actually worked.
