Location x map given on the area and explanations x kept luggage
Ac too noisy so could not sleep when on x it was very humid so it was uncomfortable x corridor light hit window in room and despite calling reception the light was still on past midnight. Second night had to go to reception in pjs since despite three calls no light was switched off by 1:20am x mosquitos in room and reception x spray was provided for room x

Location
Room did not have any soap shampoo nor conditioner. Has to ask front desk for it. Also when we arrive our rooms door was not working so they gave a suite for one night. Than next morning they ask if we had broken a cup. I was a big upset on the first day but over all hotel is very decent

Good location and friendly staff.
No elevator available for upper floors, one guy from the staff helped to move some of the suitcases up. Very noisy, even very early in the morning someone was talking with a walkie talkie just outside our room. Water wasn’t always hot and our shower was clogged up as soon as we arrived. The facilities didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel.
