Excelente ubicación, habitación limpia con todo lo que necesitas, cuenta con estacionamiento a unos metros del hotel que funciona 24 hrs.
Al ser un hotel pequeño, desde muy temprano se escucha el movimiento de afuera.

Limpieza, camas cómodas y el personal de limpieza súper amable 🫶🏼
La atención fue correcta y en todo momento fue respetuoso, pero sentí que faltó un poco más de amabilidad, entusiasmo y atención al cliente. Todo estuvo bien, aunque la experiencia podría mejorar con un trato más cálido y atento.

No probe el desayuno, en cuanto a la ubicación considero que no esperaba menos de un hotel que se encuentra entre los mas cercanos al zócalo de Merida, ya que la infraestructura va mas encaminada a lo turístico buscando siempre la mejor calidad no sacrificando precio, bajo esa prioridad considero que cumple con la expectativa.
Considero que las políticas deberían de analizarse ya que si bien es cierto que debe existir claridad y compromiso al menos en lo personal no me agrado que me mandaran un mensaje para recordarme que mi salida es a las 12 y que deberé entregar la tarjeta de la habitación en la recepción ya que pasando de ese horario podría hacerse un cargo extra por entrega de hospedaje tardía, además que independiente de eso, mucho antes que se cumpliera con el horario de salida bloquearon la cerradura, teniendo que ir a recepción a solicitar que la desbloqueen para poder sacar mis pertenencias, en ese sentido considero poco profesional la situación

Good location. Correct staff.
Our room was not what we expected. The floor was sticky and just not quite clean. We found strange crumbs in our bed. There was also a disturbing chemical smell due to some sort of air refresher in the bathroom. The shower had lower water pressure. There was a lot of noise coming from the bathroom day and night (probably from the water pressure regulator). The room in general did not have a lot of natural light either.
