Awful staff! Extremely rude! Bad wi fi, shower leaks everywhere

Clean

The staff are EXTREMELY rude! Very bad communication! Staff threatened us at the end and were screaming “ go back to your country “ because we accidentally left with the keys and returned them an hour later! Bed is extremely uncomfortable. Wi fi NEVER works. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor!
