Great location for the waterfront & Fidi district of manhattan. Apartment was clean & had everything we needed. Only issue was the charge that was put onto my credit card when we arrived for $160 for use of the amenities (I.e the lounge & the gym). I queried this as there was no mention of the extra charge when I made the booking. They did eventually refund the money the next day, I was even told they always refund it if they are asked to. In my view this was very sneaky & it left a sour taste on what was otherwise a really good stay. Be aware of this if booking.

I stayed alone for 5 nights, and I highly recommend Nester Finn! and I would stay here again next time I visit NYC. I was traveling for leisure, and I purposely wanted to stay out of the touristy areas, and this location was it. It was quiet at night and in the morning; I had no trouble sleeping.
1. The staff was friendly and efficient.
2. The room was well-maintained and cleaned. I felt comfortable, and I could see myself staying longer.
3. Excellent location! There are convenience stores, bodegas, and larger grocery stores nearby, not to mention restaurants and subway stations. The Seaport and the Brooklyn Bridge are so close.
4. The rooftop was chef's kiss.

I stayed here with 3 others and our room was massive! Perfect place for a group larger than 2! Also loved that we had a kitchen. I would recommend the room with two queen beds for next time (sofa bed is more than okay but will def get the two beds next time! Will definitely be recommending.
