About this house rental
Welcome to our newly renovated, bright, clean, and spacious 3-bedroom and 2 bathroom unit which is available for full-unit rental.
All beds are queen size. We have a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fully functioning stove and oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, iron + ironing board, seasonings, snacks, toaster oven and hair dryers provided for your convenience.
We also have portable air conditioning units in each bedroom, provided for your comfort. Please note that these air conditioning units may produce some white noise. We also provide ear plugs for those who are sensitive sleepers.
Location:
The house is conveniently located less than a 10 minute drive away from Vancouver International Airport, a 20 minute drive to Downtown Vancouver, and a quick 15 minute drive to UBC.
Transit:
We are located less than a minute away from the 17 bus route, which brings you directly to Downtown Vancouver. You can also take a short bus ride to the Marine Drive Skytrain Station, which runs on the Canada Line, connecting the Airport to Downtown Vancouver.
Parking:
We have a detached garage that you can park in, but there is plenty of free street parking on the street next to us if you have additional vehicles.
Additional notes:
This is the upper unit of a house, and the lower unit is currently rented out to tenants. They have no access to the unit, and there are no shared spaces. There are stairs required to access the unit.

Our stay was lovely. It had everything we needed. Although a little outside of Dowtown Vancouver we didn’t mind being a little further out. When we flew out very early in the morning it was very helpful to have the airport less than 10 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay and accommodations.

Victoria's place is great for couples, families. Its three bedrooms are great for sleeping. I rented a car so I am not familiar with the public transport, however I believe one can easyly access transportation. The living room area is on the smaller size, however there is plenty of room to accommodate several people and a family.

Here’s a polished version of your review:The unit was very clean and came with many useful kitchen appliances and amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Public transportation was convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the house, although the nearest train station was about 0.8 miles away. The exterior of the property, especially the backyard, could use some updating and was somewhat dirty.
