About this house rental
Welcome to Château Loire — old-world French elegance less than an hour from LA in the prestigious Indian Springs Estates on nearly two acres of manicured, park-like grounds.
Inside you`ll find hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, designer lighting, and a showpiece gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances, Carrara marble counters, and a large island. Open living areas with fireplaces flow through French doors to the resort grounds outside. There`s also a game room and finished basement.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- 5 bedrooms, all on the main level — each with its own full ensuite bathroom (6 bathrooms total):
- Primary Suite with soaking tub, dual sinks, walk-in closet
4 additional guest bedrooms, each with private ensuite + a full mattress available
Outdoors:
- Heated pool & in-ground spa
- Full-size private tennis court
- Outdoor kitchen with BBQ
- Fire-pit lounge
- Fountain & multiple terraces
- Mature fruit trees
- Santa Susana Mountain views
To heat the pool, there is a $109 daily fee. Please request it at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

- Central A/C, fireplaces, full laundry room, 4-car garage, high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, 24-hour guard-gated community.
Location:
- Private and peaceful, yet less than an hour from LA. 15 min to Westfield Topanga, 25 min to Universal Studios, 30 min to Malibu, 35 min to Hollywood. Great hiking nearby at Rocky Peak and Santa Susana Pass.
Guest Access:
- The entire estate is yours — all 7,467 sq ft, pool, spa, tennis court, outdoor kitchen, and garage. Gate codes and arrival instructions provided before check-in.
Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry companions 🐶🐱! To help us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone — including future guests and pets — a pet fee is applied to your reservation. Service animals are always welcome at no charge.
Short-term stays are charged $40 per night, while stays of 30 nights or more are charged a flat fee of $750. The fee can be conveniently paid through your boarding pass provided after check in.
House Rules:
- Max 10 guests. No smoking indoors. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. No pets unless pre-approved. Pool use at own risk — kids must be supervised.
Please note: the hot water in the master suite shower and kitchen is currently undergoing maintenance. The master bathtub and all 5 additional bathrooms are fully operational with hot water.
