Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Geräumige Zimmer, die sauber und gepflegt sind. Das Highlight sind die engagierten, aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter. Danke dass ihr unseren Aufenthalt so positiv gemacht habt. Wir werden unsere Zeit in Khiva und in eurem Hotel in guter Erinnerung behalten.

Das Hotel ist komplett neu - man riecht die Frische sozusagen noch überall. Das Haus ist sehr stylisch und eine Mischung aus Moderne und Tradition. Der Pool im Innenhof ist super und sehr schön gemacht. Es gibt eine Sauna und ein kleines Innenbecken. Das Zimmer war top, und obwohl wir dieses zur Strasse hatten, war es nachts recht ruhig. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer ist toll, da alles modern. Das Frühstück im separaten Restauranthaus ist absolut vielfältig und toll. Man kann auch draußen direkt am Pool frühstücken, was wir gerne gemacht haben. Die Lage vom Hotel ist spitze. 5-10 min zur Altstadt, also alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute restaurants für das das Abendessen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das einzige was es u verbessern gäbe: da wir im EG neben der Rezeption waren, ist durch die harten Oberflächen ( Glas/ Fliesen usw. ) alles etwas hellhörig. das wäre der einzige Punkt, der evtl. nachzubessern wäre.

Een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Lazgi Boutique Hotel in Xiva! De kamer was netjes en comfortabel, het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de locatie is ideaal om Xiva te ontdekken en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden te voet te bereiken.
Een gezellige en rustige plek om te verblijven. Zeker een aanrader als je Xiva bezoekt! 😊🏨

- Laundry was done quickly
- Air con worked well
- The staff member who served us breakfast was very friendly
- Morning coffee was good and breakfast items were decent.
- Rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds
- Not a far walk from the old city (about 10 mins)
- They organized a ride to the urgench airport for us
- This hotel has potential if services are made available and reception staff are more understanding and up front
- Outdoor pool had no water in it when we arrived (that is the main reason we booked this hotel compared to others due to it being 40 degrees in July). The reception staff member told us we could use the indoor pool while the outdoor is being cleaned for the day. When we tried to go, he said it was reserved and we weren't allowed in. He said he would get us in 15 mins but never did.
The next day the reception said the pool would be available and again it wasn't. I don't think they had any spa services available either. Other guests had the same complaints and we all spoke about it. We ended up paying a different hotel to use their pool for the day.
- No buffet breakfast available (they ended up having a small selection of eggs, breads, meats, cheeses and waffles - this was fine in the end). No chef available when I wanted lunch. No food on site throughout the day.
- Expensive laundry (400000 sum cash only for some underwears and socks basically)
- Safe wasn't working at all so we had to walk around with our valuables.
- Wifi didn't work so I had to use data often.
- Toilet paper was like sandpaper. How do they even make that?
- No apology not even once from reception. We had to get booking.com involved to get minimal compensation of any kind. I understand it is off season but it was as if he kept purposefully lying to us? Why not be honest and apologize and offer us something else? Or clearly indicate that all amenities are closed so we know before booking? It's advertised as a hotel and spa with a variety of amenities that weren't made available to us for an expensive price. All other hotels in Uzbekistan have been lovely without any of these issues.
