Room itself was nice and clean, comfy bed, with amenenities. food was pretty good and drinks.
i was woken up around 1 am because the viet couple next door to me were fighting or something, the insulation on these walls is terrible and you'll hear everything if you're unlucky. poor plumbing with sink and shower, the shower drain wasn't working for whatever reason and bathroom floor flooded everytime i used the shower. staff on the last day weren't very helpful but i think the language barrier was part of it even though i used google translate, i had to go early and was in a time crunch and asked for my breakfast but the young girl working did not help and proceeded with cleaning, i asked a male staff and he said with google translate "we don't offer breakfast" WHAAT lol when i literally got breakfast included with my stay. also sad the pool was drained during my stay when that was a big reason why i chose this place :// call in advanced if you're planning to stay and want to use the pool it may be empty

Beautiful views and felt quiet and secluded but still a short drive to town.
My room was dirty, I needed new sheets as they had stains and hairs all over them. The shower had soap scum all in it and seems like it needs a good scrub. Communication was slow and inaccurate in messages. Staff tried to.be helpful in person when spoken to in Vietnamese.
