Nicely decorated, very clean. Quiet location away from the road and on the quieter side of the harbour. Well equipped little kitchen. Main bedroom cosy. Nice living room area with sofa and armchair, real fire (not used) and TV.

A minor point - no shelves in toilet or shower room, so had to carry toiletries in and out. A quick text from the owner a day or two I to our stay, just to check everything was ok, might have been a plus, although I understand some guests might prefer to be undisturbed, so this is a neutral comment/suggestion, not a plus or minus.
