My room, and the common spaces, were clean and comfortable. Though the rooms were tightly packed, it was still pretty quiet. The guesthouse is very easy to find, access, and park at, and the location is very convenient for those traveling along this popular route. It's surprisingly close to some big attractions and a few eating options. Though others have complained about the rules, they seemed very reasonable to me and I stayed at other guesthouses with basically the same rules, and no one seems to have complained in those cases. (I think people are only complaining because this guesthouse asks people to agree to the rules in advance.) The wifi seemed pretty strong.
Only 2 bathrooms for so many guests seems like not enough, though admittedly I didn't end up needing to wait because I slept in and most people had already left by the time I needed the bathroom. My one main complaint is that there were some very strong artificial smells, especially on the linens (a very strong detergent) and I am particularly sensitive to scents so really didn't like that; but, some may like the smell.
