It’s OK, the hotel is new.
The restaurant staff is super slow, not only for cooking but also for paying the bill (up to 30’ waiting…).
The bungalows itself are OK interms of sustainability but super tiny, not comfortable at all for 4 people, spcially for the ones that have to sleep on the second floor, the space it’s only for the bed and thanks, no room for anything else. Since the bungalows are made out of bambu they are not well isolated, but that’s not a big issue for me.
The rental moto service, we agreed for 3 days, that is 72h, so they made us pay for 4 days, after having agreed 3 days forehand.
Last but not least, we booked a taxi for 8am the day we were departing, it seems they forgot to book it and it came late… not a good feeling if you take into account that you can lose an international flight back home….
We wouldn’t describe the owners as the friendliest or helpful people.

Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Haben mir geholfen mein Visum zu verlängern und dafür auch alles organisiert. Auch anderen Hotelgästen wurde mit ihren stornierten Flügen weitergeholfen.
Auch so herrschte ein angenehmes Klima in der Unterkunft, die Angestellten hatten immer gute Laune und schauten, dass sie jeden Wunsch erfüllen können.
Alles sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, es war wirklich sehr sauber.
Den Bungalow empfand ich als gemütlich.

Nieuwe bungalows die recent zijn geopend, wat duidelijk merkbaar is. Het personeel is vriendelijk en de bungalows zijn mooi en sfeervol ingericht. De douche was erg prettig en het verblijf op zich comfortabel. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Met beter onderhoud en meer aandacht voor details kan dit een fijne plek worden.
De bungalows liggen erg dicht op elkaar, waardoor het behoorlijk gehorig is. Daarnaast is het niet netjes dat personeel op de voor gasten bestemde ligbedjes lag te roken en de asbak vervolgens liet staan. Ook liet de schoonmaak te wensen over en werd er tussendoor niet schoongemaakt of handdoeken vervangen (pas op verzoek). Verder lag er de hele week vuilnis open en bloot naast het restaurant.
De ligging is niet op loopafstand van het centrum, dus een scooter is echt nodig – deze werd wel goed geregeld. De weg naar de bungalows is echter in slechte staat.
