De kamers waren netjes
In het toilet zat een kakkerlak. Ook gekko op de muur in appartement. Verder wel nette kamers. Jammer was dat je geen shampoo van het hotel had.

We liked the vibe of the place, the staff were lovely and helped us to get a vehicle to go exploring. The cottage itself was nice. The pool was also very nice and clean. The location was okay, about a 40min walk into Kuta. It would have been better if we had a scooter.
Some of the towels and pillows had stains on them. Also, our aircon in the bedroom didn’t properly work for a few days. It was seen to by the staff quite quickly though. The only other downside, not that it is the hotels fault, is the amount of building works going on everywhere. The noise started early and went on all day. We were out mist of the time we were there, but did notice how loud it was sometimes.

Die Anlage ist eine tropische Oase im trubeligen Kuta. Zum Entspannen sehr gut geeignet, wenn man auch nicht unbedingt an den Strand möchte, da die Pool- und Außenanlage sehr schön und sauber ist. Der Service ist super, es gab jeden Tag sogar frische Handtücher sowie Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta wurden gestellt. Frisches Wasser konnte man ebenfalls kostenfrei zapfen. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich am Pool ist gut geeignet, um neue Leute kennenzulernen und man kann abends dort schön sitzen. Unser Zimmer (Cottage) war bisher das schönste Zimmer auf unserer Reise, da die Ausstattung top war und das Badezimmer im Freien uns sehr begeistert hat. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hier war toll!
Zuerst hatten wir ein Deluxe-Zimmer wegen Überbuchung erhalten, was eigentlich ein Upgrade zu unserem Zimmer (Cottage) sein sollte. Jedoch war dieses Zimmer alles andere als Deluxe, da es sehr spartanisch eingerichtet war und das Badezimmer sehr klein war. Dort gab es kaum Ablagefläche. Einen richtigen Schrank gab es auch nicht und noch nicht einmal mehr Nachttischlampen, sodass man abends im Dunkeln lag. Dieses Zimmer ist wohl das Teuerste in der Unterkunft, zu dem Cottage im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis allerdings eine Frechheit. Daher raten wir von diesem Zimmer ab, können das Cottage aber sehr empfehlen. Außerdem ist die Lage außerhalb von Kuta Zentrum, was nur mit einem Roller gut zu erreichen ist. Auf dem Weg zum Hostel waren zudem viele Straßenhunde, die uns teilweise bis vor das Zimmer gefolgt sind. Das fanden wir sehr unangenehm.

The communal space was nice. The pool was clean.
The dorm seriously needs some renovation. It was like staying in a wooden shack, the door creaked every time, the bunk bends are wooden and made creaking noises every time someone either moved or climbed up. The dorm is dark, great for
Night time but hard to see during the day even with the lights on. The bathrooms were sub standard for cleanliness. I never saw a mop. Nor did they change the mats. Just wasn't for me.
