A propane grill to enjoy lunch or dinner with outdoor seating. View from the lookout tower upstairs is amazing, try fishing in the pond or just walk the property to enjoy the beauty. Designed for restful nights and serene private days. Nestled in Granville, OH this beautiful house offers two queen bedrooms, a cozy living room, relaxing hot tub, outdoor dining area, upstairs loft with a sofa bed and a lookout tower, a modern bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. Stores and restaurants are five miles away. Ten minute drive to Bryn Du Mansion, Infirmary Mound Park, National Trails Raceway, Appletree Auction House, Interstate 70, State Route 16. Amazon in Etna is 14 miles. NO PETS. Guests past four $50 each.

The place is amazing. We loved the pond and all the deer around. The bummer is the hot tub. If you are here for a short stay, it is not usable. It's a plug in therefore it takes what must be forever to get to reasonable temps. When we search for a place, we specifically search for a place with a hot tub because that's what we like. Apparently a plug in heats slowly. It was only 80 degrees when we got there. My husband always immediately goes to lift the lid and cool the temps because generally they are around or over 100 and I don't like it THAT hot. Instead he had to turn the heat on and it never got over 85 the whole time. So, we couldn't use it comfortably. That part was a huge bummer. It would have been so nice to enjoy it while watching the deer. Now had it been hotter months, it may have been tolerable, but we had unusually cooler temps in early June and we couldn't handle the cold water.

This is a wonderful property! Exactly as the pictures show, beautiful setting and lots of fun amenities. The host was so prompt with responses and help, check in was a breeze. Great location for Denison, we will definitely be back!

Interesting and fun place! Great place to bring kids, with the pond and other outdoor activities. When I looked out the window there were 16 deer behind the house!
