I'm so happy I came across this place, as I needed a break from dorm beds. They've packed the bunch into these little Aircon single rooms, fridge, kettle, extension cable with plenty of charging outlets, tv, chair, fold up table, bed table, bed light, wardrobe and a comfy bed. Excellent lightning. The attached bathroom was spacious with proper shower doors. You get soap, shampoo and towels. The wardrobe had a duvet, spare pillow and a hairdryer. Everything was spotlessly clean and sparkling whitewashed. Excellent WiFi and powerful Aircon. They have parking if you come by car, and the place is easy to find. I liked the location although it's seemingly a bit out of the way, but you can walk to the bus station, old town and to a well stocked supermarket. My room was outside along the side, and it was perfect for me, as those rooms have a table and chairs right outside each room, DSA and perfect for BYO. Inside the main entrance, there's a washing machine, a coffee machine and a small kitchen.
Not enough toilet paper for 3 nights. I don't mind buying a roll, but the problem is that in Europe you can't just pick up one from a corner store. They only come in big multi packs in the supermarkets.
There are lights fitted outside the rooms, but no switch to switch them on! Thankfully I'm self sufficient and have a head torch.
It's worth noting that it's self check in, so contact them if you don't hear anything. They forgot to send me the check in instructions, but it was sorted very quickly.

The location - 15 minutes walk from main bus station. Nice and clean bathroom quite modern. Aircon in the room.

When I arrived, there was no staff present, just the rooms and the lockers for picking up the key, yet I was never informed that it was a self-check-in process or which room was mine. I had to contact Adriatica directly to resolve the issue. Half an hour later, I gained access to the room, but I hadn't been told that it would take a while for the water to become available. I had just come from the beach, and the first thing I wanted was a shower so I could head out again, but I had to wait a bit too long for it. Aside from these hiccups, the room is very comfortable and conveniently located close to everything.
No information was provided regarding self-check-in/check-out or about the shower water to take to long to get water running.
