Close to city centre - 20 mins walk, close to main road into town, free tea and coffee from communal kitchen, kettle in room on request, laundry facilities as well as iron and ironing board availability.
Gargantuan TV that dwarfves a tiny room, venitlation switch for ensuite difficult to access unless standing on chair, over sensitive light sensors in hallway, superfluous plastic plants, rustic decoration paint on UPVC window frames and floor, useless cushions, lumpy pillows, forgettable door entry code to room, keysafe virtually on the ground, use of front door key requiring 10 pound deposit.

Very convenient location close to Victoria Park and Maritime quarter. The room was spotlessly clean, really modern and with all you need for a short stay. Everything works as it should. There is a shared kitchen in the property and washing machine which can be used. Great value for money and the hosts are really easy to deal with providing clear check in instructions. Great value for money too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if in town. Plenty of on street parking outside.
Nothing really. Perhaps a single flat sheet on the bed as well as the duvet as room will be warm in summer. Unsure if wifi in the property as no instructions but not an issue for me as I have unlimited mobile data
