The place is comfortable, clean, and easy to access. The check-in and arrival process were easy and hassle-free. There is convenient parking available, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood that feels safe. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. The room offers enough storage space for one or two people to comfortably store their belongings. Very good amenities and a pleasant stay overall, however, the kitchen facilities are limited, so it may not be the best option for guests who plan to do cooking. There is a large garden area just outside the room entrance that could become a wonderful outdoor space and add significant value to the property if it were arranged as a comfortable place to sit and relax.

A few details in the finishing of the space could be easily improved, it seems it was adapted as a guest suite in a short time. The main drawback for me was the amount of morning light. Guests who like to sleep in or are sensitive to light should be aware that the room gets very bright because of the large skylight, which cannot be covered or blocked. Although hot weather is uncommon in this part of the world, I happened to stay during several warm days. The room became quite warm during the day because it retains heat and there is no air conditioning. However, the cooler nights made it comfortable to sleep. The room is adjacent to the area where the owners live, so some household noise can be heard. This did not bother me, as the noise was neither loud nor disruptive, but it may be an important consideration for guests who are particularly sensitive to noise or looking for complete separation and privacy.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood in a great location for our needs in North Vancouver.

More than 3 towels for 2 adults would have been nice.
