New hotel with clean rooms, new amenities etc. The staff is lovely and helped us swiftly with the issues we had. Parking is available in front of the hotel. Location is great, a few minutes walking from the city centre.
It's a new hotel and some little things still need to be fixed. For example, the smart locks did not work, protective tape still on items, etc. Also some weird choices have been made, e.g. a cupboard placed before another cupboard. There is a party centre opposite the hotel, but both days, the party stopped early (about 22:00h). The price on booking.com did not correspond with what I needed to pay at the hotel.

В целом адекватная цена на букинге,но она оказалась не такой
Не знаю,кто пишет что отель новый,но это новое там максимально ушатано. Но ок,переночевать нормально,за деньги,которые указаны в сервисах бронирования.
Но при оплате на месте начались танцы. Сначала взяли меньше,чем в сервисе-мы подумали скидка какая или что,не понятно.
В букинге сумма 118$. Сразу взяли 105$.Потом сказали доплатить,ок-доплатили 10$ почему-то. При выезде сам хозяин сказал с нас еще 15$ не понятно почему,там курсы у него свои или что-мы так и не поняли. Но осадок остался
Район очень сомнительный,слышимость в номерах ужасная. Ночью бьют бутылки,было страшновато за машину на улице. Хотя через переулок типа туристический район. Рядом мечеть,ночью происходят их громкие молитвы,естественно от этого просыпаешься. Кто останавливается поспать перед дорогой-не будет в восторге
В номере у детей дверь закрывалась так,что ее можно открыть снаружи без ключа 🤷🏻♀️
