*Please Note*: This is a finished, walk out basement with an occupied residence above. However, rest assured that you will have privacy - guests have their own driveway, entrance & outdoor space. Please also note that this is a quiet neighborhood that is suited for a family, not for a party.

Master Bedroom: A spacious retreat with a plush king-size bed, high-quality linens, large tv and plenty of closet space to make you feel right at home.
Second Bedroom: Featuring fun and comfortable bunk beds + an additional trundle bed. This space is perfect for kids, families, or friends. The pull out trundle is also a great option for younger kids that may not be comfortable on the top bunk.
Living Area: The open living space is bright and welcoming, with plenty of seating on a brand new leather couch, smart TV, and room to relax after a day at the beach.
Kitchen: Complete with full size refrigerator and stove. Fully stocked cabinets so you can cook as much – or as little – as you’d like.
Dining Area: Seating for 4 to enjoy a meal or games
Bathroom: Newly renovated with modern fixtures, a clean bright shower, and high quality toiletries.
Outdoor Patio: Patio seating right outside the back door - enjoy your coffee in the morning and the fireflies at night. ** Space is partially shared with above residents, but they have a deck that they use instead**
Extras: Yoga & light gym equipment, high quality beach chairs & beach towels, high chair & pack n play.
