Discover the beauty of South Lake Tahoe home just a 3-minute drive to the Heavenly lifts and the Lake or a 4-minute drive to the Stateline Casinos and countless dining spots. Guests will find this 3-bedroom 3 bath peaceful retreat features one king bed in the MBR and a queen bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms plus a cozy downstairs living room with a sofa bed. The house offers three bathrooms, including in the master bath a jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Stay comfortable year-round with centralized heating and AC throughout the home. We offer a private 5-person spa on the upper deck available 8AM to 10PM. We have a Pool Table and air hocky in the garage. The living room has a Vintage 80's type sit down counsel video game with over 30 different 80's vintage games and a 65-inch flat screen TV. There is a gas fireplace on the second floor in the family room with an 80-inch flat screen TV, The Kitchen is a full size with everything you need including a side-by-side refrigerator freezer a microwave, coffee maker and a gas stovetop with an electric over. and settings for 8. The dining room table seats 8 and the kitchen bar seats 3. There is a propane barbeque on the upper patio deck just off the kitchen. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure on the lake or the slopes or a hike, come home and relax and unwind to this breathtaking 2 story home.
